ProDentim Lot Number: What You Can Check on Your Tub
A ProDentim lot number is a batch code that lets a maker trace one production run. The label images we have show no lot or expiry date. The seller lists lot PRO-26/PR-1321 and a CoA code, but those are seller references, not lab proof. Check the code printed on your own tub, and ask the desk if it differs.

The basics01
What is a ProDentim lot number?
A ProDentim lot number is a short code a maker prints on a tub to name the batch it came from. If a problem turns up, the code tells the maker which tubs are affected.
Most supplement tubs carry the lot code and a best-by date on the base, the shoulder or the label edge. Ink stamps are common, so the code can be faint.
The label images we worked from show the front of the tub only. They print no lot, no best-by date and no distributor line: PRO-26/PR-1321. That is why we cannot tell you what a genuine code looks like.
A lot number is not a quality seal. It is a tracking tool, and it only helps if someone can look the code up against a real record.
What we have02
Which lot and CoA codes does the seller list?
The seller's records list lot PRO-26/PR-1321 and a certificate of analysis (CoA) code, PRO-1321-26-PR. Both are seller references.
A CoA is a lab report for a batch. The code alone is not the report. We have not seen the report, the lab's name or a test date, so we cannot say what was tested.
That is a gap to be open about, not proof of a problem. The table sets out what each code is and is not.
| Item | What we have | What it proves |
|---|---|---|
| Lot code | PRO-26/PR-1321 (seller reference) | Names a batch in the seller's records. Not seen on the label images. |
| CoA code | PRO-1321-26-PR (seller reference) | Points to a report we have not seen. Not lab proof by itself. |
| Best-by date | Not shown in the images | Check the base or edge of your own tub. |
| Distributor line | Not shown in the images | No manufacturer is named on the label or sales page. |
| Supplement Facts panel | Not shown in the images | Amounts and allergens cannot be checked here. |
Your tub03
How do you check the lot number on your ProDentim tub?
Turn the tub over, then read the label edges under good light. Write down every code you find before you contact anyone.
Look at the base first, then the shoulder under the cap, then the seam of the wrap label. A lot code and a date are often stamped together.
Then compare what you see with the front of the label, shown below. The front should read "Advanced Oral Probiotics" and "30 Soft Tablets".
Tap a number to read that part of the label.
- Tub and cap
A white plastic tub with a white ribbed cap and a sage-green wrap label.
- Name
ProDentim, the product name.
- Product type
'Advanced Oral Probiotics' in a dark-green bar: the label's own name for the product type.
- Lead-in
'Clinically Researched Formula For:' It names no study of the finished tablet; no trial of it was found.
- Three claims
'Healthy Teeth and Gums', 'Long Lasting Fresh Breath' and 'Ear, Nose and Throat Immune Health'. This is structure and function style wording, not a disease claim.
- Molar drawing
A line drawing of a molar. Decoration.
- Size
'30 Soft Tablets': one tub lasts 30 days at one a day.
- Strawberry art
Strawberries are label art; the sales page does not list strawberry as an ingredient.
Photograph the tub
Take clear photos of the front, the base and any stamped code. Keep the packing slip.
Compare the front
Check the name, the green bar and the three bullets against the picture above.
Read the panel
Find the Supplement Facts panel, the directions and the warnings on your own tub. They are not in our images.
Call the desk
Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 (BuyGoods default order desk) with your order ID and the code you found.
If it differs04
What if your ProDentim lot number does not match?
A different code does not mean a fake. Batches change over time, so a newer tub can carry a newer code.
The seller's code is one reference from one record. Your tub may come from a later run, so ask the desk before you worry.
Take more care if the front looks different from the label we describe, if the seal is broken, or if the tub arrived warm and damaged. Do not eat a tablet from a tub you doubt.
Tracking and refunds for placed orders go to the desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. Website questions go to [email protected] (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET). That address cannot see your order.

Does a lot number prove ProDentim was lab tested?
No. A lot number only names a batch. It does not show that anyone tested it, or what the test found.
The brand badges describe a facility and a process in the seller's words. None names a certifier or an audit date. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements), and it registers facilities without approving them (PolitiFact 2025, 'FDA registered').
Good manufacturing practice rules exist for supplements (FDA, CGMPs for Dietary Supplements). A badge that says so is a claim until a named auditor backs it. Our testing and quality page reads each badge.
If you want proof, ask the desk for the CoA itself, with the lab name and test date. Then you can judge it.
Safe use06
What else should you check before using a ProDentim tub?
Check the expiry date, the seal and the printed panel before the first tablet. Then follow the directions on your own tub.
The sales page says to slowly chew one tablet every morning (ProDentim sales page). The images print no directions, so your tub is the first source.
- The seal is intact and the tub is clean.
- The tablets look as described on your panel.
- You have read the allergen and warning lines.
- You know the best-by date.
While you check the tub, remember the basics: brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth), use floss or another between-teeth cleaner every day (ADA MouthHealthy, Flossing), and keep your dental visits. Prescribed medicine goes on exactly as directed, whatever a lot check shows.
Where do ProDentim orders come from?
Orders placed through this site go to the brand's sales page, where checkout runs. This site is a USA authorized retailer, not the manufacturer.
That matters for batch checks. We can pass on a question, but the batch records belong to the maker and the order desk. Read the where to buy ProDentim page before you buy from any other seller.

ProDentim batch check questions
Where is the lot number on a ProDentim tub?
Usually on the base, shoulder or label edge, often stamped with a best-by date. The label images we worked from show only the front, so we cannot point to the spot. Check all edges of your own tub in good light.
Is lot PRO-26/PR-1321 proof my tub is genuine?
No. It is a seller reference to one batch in their records. It shows no lab result and may not match your tub. Photograph your own code and ask the order desk to compare it.
Can I see the ProDentim certificate of analysis?
We have not seen it. The seller lists the code PRO-1321-26-PR, but no report, lab name or test date. Ask the desk for the full report if you want to judge it yourself.
What if my ProDentim tub has no lot number?
Contact the order desk with photos and your order ID. A missing code can mean a faint stamp or a different printing process. Do not use the tub if you also doubt the seal or the front label.
How do I spot a fake ProDentim tub?
Compare the front with the label: the name, the green "Advanced Oral Probiotics" bar, three bullets and 30 Soft Tablets. Buy from a seller you can check, and ask the desk if anything differs.
Who do I call about a ProDentim batch question?
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and photos. Website questions go to [email protected], but that inbox cannot see orders. Returns are covered in the refund policy.
