Privacy policy: what data this ProDentim site collects, and what it does not
This privacy policy explains what Prodentimdaily collects when you read ProDentim pages or write to us. We do not take payment or sell products here, so we do not hold card details or order records. Orders are placed on the brand's sales page, which has its own rules. Last updated October 29, 2026.

What does this privacy policy cover?
This privacy policy covers the Prodentimdaily website, run by a USA authorized ProDentim retailer. It does not cover the brand's sales page or the checkout, which belong to other companies.
We are not the manufacturer. We write about ProDentim, and we send visitors to the brand's sales page when they choose to order. The sales page names BuyGoods as the retailer (ProDentim sales page).
When you click an order button, you leave this site. From that moment, the data you enter is handled under the privacy terms of the sales page and the retailer. Read those terms before you pay.
We wrote this policy in plain words. It is information, not legal advice. If a rule of your state or country gives you more rights, those rights apply.
We keep little. We do not take payment, we do not publish reviews with names, and we do not sell your data.

What personal data does Prodentimdaily collect?
We collect only what you send us and what a web server records by default. We do not ask you to create an account to read these pages.

We do not collect your payment card, your health records or your order contents. If you send us health details by email, we may not be able to protect them well, so please do not.

What happens to my data when I order ProDentim?
You enter your name, address, email and card details on the sales page, not here. That page and its payment partner receive and store them.
We never see those details. We cannot look up, change or delete an order. For tracking, changes or refunds, call +1 (302) 200-3480 (BuyGoods default order desk) with your order ID.
The brand's own contact page offers an order lookup through BuyGoods and a feedback form (ProDentim refund and contact pages). Use them to ask what data the seller holds on you.
Because we earn money from order links, the link may carry a code that tells the seller which site sent you. That code is how the visit is counted. It does not carry your name.

How does Prodentimdaily use the data it holds?
We use it to answer your message, keep the site secure, fix faults and count visits. We do not use it to profile your health.
- To reply to a question or a correction request.
- To find and block abuse, spam and attacks.
- To see which pages are read, so we can improve them.
- To meet a legal duty, if one applies.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not publish your message, your name or your email. We do not send marketing mail unless you ask for it.
We share data only with the service providers that run the site, such as our host, and only as needed. They act on our instructions.

The site may use small files called cookies or similar storage for basic functions, such as remembering a choice. Your browser lets you block or delete them.
The order hand-off and the sales page may set their own cookies. We do not control those. Their policies apply once you reach them.
Blocking cookies should not stop you from reading these pages. It may stop a saved setting, such as a chosen filter, from being remembered.

No. The pages are written for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If you think a child has sent us a message, write to us and we will delete it. Questions about oral products for children belong with a dentist or pediatrician. We cover the limits in ProDentim safety for kids, pets and pregnancy.
Please do not send us health details about yourself or anyone else. Your dentist is the right place for them, and daily care stays the same: fluoride toothpaste twice a day (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth), cleaning between teeth (ADA MouthHealthy, Flossing) and prescribed medicine taken as directed.

How is data protected, and what if the policy changes?
We use reasonable steps to protect the little we hold, but no website can promise perfect security. Send only what is needed.
If we change this policy, we post the new text with a new date at the top. A major change will be flagged more clearly.

How do I delete my data from Prodentimdaily?

Who holds my data after I order ProDentim?

Is it safe to email health details to Prodentimdaily?
No. Email is not a secure channel, and we cannot give medical advice. Please keep health details for your own dentist, doctor or pharmacist, and do not put them in a message to us.
Where do I send a privacy complaint?
Write to the website email first and give the date and what happened. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general or the FTC, which takes privacy complaints.
