Dosage01
How many ProDentim tablets should you take a day?
Take one ProDentim soft tablet a day. That is the sales page wording: "slowly chew" one tablet every morning (ProDentim sales page).
The label front says "30 Soft Tablets", so one tub lasts 30 days at one a day. That sum is ours.
The images print no directions, no maximum and no warnings, and no Supplement Facts panel. So the sales page is the only source for the dose, and your tub's own panel should win if it says something different.
Do not double up to catch up. No source we found says a higher dose does more, and the amounts per tablet are not printed.
What one tub looks like
A white tub with a ribbed cap and a sage-green label. Each tub holds 30 soft tablets, enough for one a day for 30 days. The 3-bottle pack covers 90 days and the 6-bottle pack 180 days at the same pace.

Timing02
When should you take ProDentim?
Take ProDentim in the morning, as the sales page says. It gives no clock time and no link to meals.
A fixed time helps you remember. Many people pair it with something they already do every day, such as making coffee or opening the blinds.
The sales page does not say whether to take it with food or on an empty stomach. If you have a sensitive stomach, you may feel better with breakfast, but that is common sense, not a label rule. Ask a pharmacist if you are unsure.
Pick one time and keep it. A steady habit is easier to review after a few weeks than a changing one.
- Morning, about 7:30
Brush for two minutes with fluoride toothpaste. The sales page says to slowly chew one tablet every morning; it does not say whether that comes before or after brushing.
- Once a day, between teeth
Clean between your teeth every day with floss or another interdental cleaner. The ADA lists it next to brushing.
- Evening, about 9:30
Brush again for two minutes before bed. Brushing twice a day is the ADA's advice.
- Checkups
See your dentist as often as they advise. Bring the list of supplements you take.
Habits from the ADA on brushing (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth) and cleaning between teeth (ADA MouthHealthy, Flossing). The times are examples; the sales page names only "every morning". Follow your own label, your dentist and your doctor.
Before or after brushing03
Should you take ProDentim before or after brushing?
The sales page does not say, so there is no official answer. Either order is a reasonable choice if you keep brushing.
The reasoning differs. A tablet chewed before brushing gets rinsed away by the brush and paste. A tablet chewed after brushing stays in the mouth longer, but fluoride toothpaste works best when you do not rinse it all off right away (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth) (CDC, Statement on Water Fluoridation).
The sales page also does not say how long to wait before eating or drinking. If you want a firm answer, ask your dentist, who knows your teeth.
Whichever you choose, brush for two minutes twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth), and clean between your teeth once a day (ADA MouthHealthy, Flossing). The tablet is an add-on, never a swap.
Choose the order you will actually keep, and do not skip brushing or flossing on days you take the tablet.
The four steps04
What is the right way to chew a ProDentim tablet?
Chew it slowly, as the sales page says, and let it dissolve in your mouth. The sales page also calls it a "dissolvable candy" in its FAQ (ProDentim sales page).
The wording is mixed: the label says "Soft Tablets", and the sales page uses both tablet and candy. Do not swallow it whole unless your tub says you may.
Here are the four steps in order. Tap through them.
- 01
Read the tub first
The label front shows 30 soft tablets. The images supplied print no panel or directions, so read the panel and any warnings on your own tub before the first tablet.
- 02
One tablet, chewed slowly
The sales page says to slowly chew a tablet every morning. It does not say how long to wait before eating, drinking or brushing, so keep it simple and steady.
- 03
Keep the basics
Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, clean between your teeth daily and see your dentist. The tablet sits on top of that routine, never in place of it.
- 04
Check in before day 60
The guarantee runs 60 days. Around week six, decide with your dentist whether to keep going or ask for your money back.
Wait to eat or drink until it has dissolved if you can. That is common sense for any chewable, not a stated direction.
At a glance05
What do the sales page and the label say about use?
The sales page gives a dose and a time of day. The label images give a count and nothing else.

What if you miss a day of ProDentim?
If you miss a day, take your next tablet the next morning and carry on. Do not take two to make up for it.
The sales page says nothing about missed days. Our advice is the usual one for a daily supplement: skip, do not double.
A missed tablet does not undo your brushing. Your daily routine does the main work for your teeth, as the ADA describes it (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth) (ADA MouthHealthy, Flossing).
The sales page does not set a start-up phase or a cycle, and it describes no subscription. Take it one tablet a day for as long as the tub lasts, then decide with your dentist whether to reorder.
Care07
Who should check with a clinician before taking ProDentim?
Anyone who is pregnant, nursing, very ill, on antibiotics or has a weak immune system should ask a clinician first. NIH ODS and NCCIH advise this for probiotics in general (NIH ODS, Probiotics (HP)) (NCCIH, Probiotics: Usefulness & Safety).
Live probiotics can cause serious infections in a few people, though case reports cannot show how often (Costa 2018, probiotic infections SR). The tablet has no safety study of its own.
- Ask your dentist before you start if you have gum bleeding or recent dental work.
- Ask your pharmacist if you take prescribed medicine.
- Call a clinician if swelling, a rash or trouble breathing follows a tablet.
Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed, and see your dentist regularly. Do not stop or change any medicine or dental plan because you started a supplement.

Supply08
How long will your ProDentim last?
At one tablet a day, one tub lasts 30 days. Two tubs last 60 days, three last 90 and six last 180.
The sales page prints $79 a bottle for two, $69 for three and $49 for six (ProDentim sales page). At one tablet a day, that is about $2.63, $2.30 and $1.63 a day. Our sums; see the ProDentim price page.
A 60-day money-back guarantee is promised. The sales page counts it one way and the brand's refund page another, and we explain it on the guarantee page (ProDentim refund and contact pages).
FAQ09
Taking ProDentim: your questions
Can you take ProDentim at night instead of in the morning?
The sales page says morning and gives no reason, so we cannot say night is wrong. Pick one time you will keep. If you change it, keep the dose at one tablet a day and check your tub for any direction.
Should you take ProDentim with food or on an empty stomach?
The sales page does not say. If your stomach is sensitive, taking it with breakfast is a common-sense choice. Peppermint may worsen heartburn in some people (WebMD, Peppermint Oil), so ask a pharmacist if you have reflux.
Can you take two ProDentim tablets a day?
No source we found supports it. The sales page says one tablet a day, and the amounts per tablet are not printed. Do not take more than your tub says, and ask a clinician if you think you need more.
Can you swallow a ProDentim tablet whole?
The sales page says to slowly chew it and calls it a "dissolvable candy". It gives no rule on swallowing whole. Read your tub, and ask the order desk if the directions are missing.
Do you need to stop brushing while taking ProDentim?
No. Keep brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and clean between your teeth daily (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth) (ADA MouthHealthy, Flossing). The tablet is not a replacement for either, and no source says it is.
How long should you take ProDentim before judging it?
The sales page names no timeline, and no trial of the tablet exists. A few weeks gives you a fair look at how you feel. Judge by your dentist's checkup, not by a tablet count.
