How long does ProDentim take to arrive?
ProDentim takes 5-7 working days to arrive in the US and 10-15 working days abroad, per the sales page.
Working days leave out weekends and public holidays. A parcel ordered on a Friday starts its count on the next working day, so allow a little extra.

How do you track a ProDentim order?
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 (BuyGoods default order desk) with your order ID. The desk covers tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders.
There is no sales email. The sales contact page is a form, and the brand's own contact page lists no email or phone (ProDentim refund and contact pages).
The retailer also has an order lookup page at buygoods.com/orderlookup. We have not tested it, so keep your confirmation handy.
Order ID, the name and address on the order, and the card's last four digits. Never read out your full card number.

What if your ProDentim parcel is late or missing?
Wait until the end of the stated window, then call the order desk with your order ID. Do not order again until you have an answer.
Check the address on your confirmation first, and ask neighbors or a building office. Many missed parcels are simply left in the wrong place.
If it was lost, ask the desk about a resend or a refund and write down the time and the name of the person you spoke to. Details on cancelling are on the ProDentim refund page.
Do not use a tub with a broken seal or an odd smell. Photograph it, keep the box and call the desk.

Does ProDentim ship to Canada, the UK or Australia?
Yes, per the sales page, to Canada, the UK and Ireland, and Australia and New Zealand, at $15.95.
It does not list other countries, so we cannot say whether an order from there will go through. Prices on other sites in other currencies are not ours to confirm.

What should you do when ProDentim arrives?
Open the box, check the tub against the label front and keep the packing slip. The slip is what a return needs.
The tub should say "Advanced Oral Probiotics" and "30 Soft Tablets". Count the tablets only if you must, and note the lot code. The images we have print no directions, so read whatever your tub carries before the first tablet.
The sales page says to slowly chew one tablet every morning. Your routine of fluoride toothpaste twice a day (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth), floss or brushes between teeth (ADA MouthHealthy, Flossing) and dental visits stays as it is.
