How Many ProDentim a Day? One, and a Tub Lasts 30 Days

Quick answer

How many ProDentim a day? One. The sales page says to slowly chew one soft tablet every morning, and the label front says 30 Soft Tablets, so one tub is a 30-day supply. Nothing we found supports taking extra, and the label images print no amount per tablet.

How many ProDentim a day should you take?

Take one ProDentim soft tablet a day. That is the amount the sales page gives, and it gives no other (ProDentim sales page).

The page says to chew it slowly every morning. It sets no higher limit, no range and no "up to" number.

The label images print no directions, so the count is not repeated on the tub front. If your own tub carries a different instruction, follow the print on the tub.

How long does one tub last?

One tub lasts 30 days at one tablet a day. The label front says "30 Soft Tablets", and the sum is plain division.

The sales page leaves its day-supply figures blank, so the 30 days is our arithmetic, not a printed claim. It holds only if you take exactly one a day with no skipped doses.

Packs of 2, 3 and 6 tubs cover 60, 90 and 180 days on the same sum.

The per-day figures below are price divided by 30 days, with the bottle price from the sales page read on October 19, 2026. They leave out shipping and any bonus guides, and they will change if the page changes.

Should you take extra tablets for faster results?

No. Nothing we found shows that a second tablet works faster, and the amounts in each tablet are not printed.

The sales page names 3.5 billion for the three strains together and no amount for the blend. Without a panel, a second tablet is a guess at an unknown dose.

More of a supplement is not better by default. The FDA notes that supplements can carry side effects, and it advises talking to a health professional first (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).

Extra tablets also empty the tub early. At two a day, a 30-tablet tub lasts 15 days, and you pay for the difference.

When should you ask a clinician about the amount?

Ask before you start if you are very ill, have weak immunity, take antibiotics, are pregnant or nursing, or are buying for a child.

NIH ODS and NCCIH advise asking a clinician first in several of those cases (NIH ODS, Probiotics (HP)) (NCCIH, Probiotics: Usefulness & Safety). Live probiotics have caused rare serious infections in people with weak immunity (Costa 2018, probiotic infections SR).

Stomach upset, a rash, swelling or itching are reasons to stop and call a clinician. Our ProDentim side effects page lists them.

Keep taking any prescribed medicine exactly as directed.

What matters more than the number of tablets?

The daily mouth routine matters more. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and clean between your teeth once a day (ADA MouthHealthy, Brushing Your Teeth) (ADA MouthHealthy, Flossing).

A tablet you never miss still counts for less than a toothbrush you never skip. If cost is a worry, spend on toothpaste and floss first.

Those habits have clear support from dental bodies. A probiotic tablet has none of its own, because no trial of this tablet was found.

See your dentist on the schedule they set. The wider routine is on the how to use ProDentim page.

FAQ01

ProDentim dose: quick answers

Is 30 tablets enough for a full month?

Yes, at one a day. The label front says 30 Soft Tablets, and the sales page says one every morning. A missed day leaves one tablet spare, so the tub then runs a day longer. The figure is our arithmetic.

What if I took two ProDentim tablets by mistake?

The sales page and label images give no overdose guidance. Go back to one a day, and call a pharmacist or poison control if you feel unwell. Stop and see a clinician for swelling, a rash or trouble breathing.

Does a 6-bottle pack change the daily amount?

No. The daily amount stays one tablet whatever the pack. A larger pack only covers more days, at a lower price per bottle. The sales page shows $49 a bottle on the 6 pack.

Why does the sales page not print a dose in milligrams?

We cannot say. The page gives "3.5 billion" for the three strains together and no amounts for inulin, malic acid, tricalcium phosphate or peppermint. Without a Supplement Facts panel, the tablet count is the only measure you have.
