The sales page tells buyers to slowly chew one tablet every morning (ProDentim sales page). It gives no maximum length of use. The label images print no directions or warnings at all.
A tub holds 30 tablets, so six tubs cover about six months. That is our arithmetic, not a stated plan. Treat any claim about "years of safe use" as unsupported unless it names a source.
Do probiotics have long-term safety data?
Some do, but the data belong to specific strains, not to probiotics as a group. The NIH says safety depends on the strain and the person taking it (NIH ODS, Probiotics (HP)).
Most trials run for weeks. A few run for a year or more, and they mostly use other strains in foods or lozenges. None tested ProDentim.

What should you watch for over many months?
Watch for anything new that starts after the tablets do. A change in your stomach, your gums or your general health is worth a note.
Write the start date on your calendar. Then jot down any bloating, mouth irritation, heartburn or rash, and the date it began.
