How do you weigh a forum post about a supplement?
Weigh a post by who wrote it, what they can show and what they gain.

Start with the source. A post that links to a label photo, a receipt date or a named study is stronger than one that only gives a feeling. Then ask what the writer might gain from your click.

Which forum claims should you double-check first?
Check health claims first, then any claim about price, guarantee or the seller.
